Festive Flower Hello for GDP020

Hi all

My first challenge entry for 2016 - and it's only January, go me! :)

I've been admiring the Global Design Project challenges and entries from afar for a while now and today I finally took the plunge and joined in the fun.

#GDP020 - CASE the designer

My design was led by the gorgeous stripy DSP and I thought Crushed Curry would be a perfect, contemporary match for it even when using a traditional flower shape. There are co-ordintating stamps for the flower but I wanted to keep the lines very clean so kept the petals naked.

  1. Everthing fits perfect on your card, especially this tiny yellow dots made it. Thank´s for playing with us. Hugs Tanja

  2. Esther, I adore how you chose to use the bright yellow flower on the black and white background. This is a great interpretation of my original inspiration piece. Thanks for joining us this week at Global Design Project.

  3. I love the Color combination black and yellow.

  4. Esther, I absolutely love your take on this challenge - and your combination of black and yellow on the card is stunning. Love it! Thank you so much for playing along with this week's Case the Designer (Connie Collins) Challenge at Global Design Project.
